Unknown territory

This morning I asked hubby, why he looked a bit unhappy..and you know what did he replied to me..."I feel like I'm driving into an unknown territory". Oh my...he feels what I feel. We are very close (errr macam lah org lain husband and wife tak close kan...:P) but to the extend that we have breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper together (even on working days!)...in other words, I'm his best friend and vice versa. Thus, to be apart with a person who is very important to you...will make your life miserable. At least I know I'll be facing that the next few weeks..before I can adapt to the situation...but him? I hope he will be strong and take this as a next step in life to a better future. So hubby if you happen to read this...hang on ya :) Mummy will try to be at home every weekend and everything will be fine..OK OK better stop now...or else it will be raining..hehhehehhee

I'm actually packing my things up and will send them to my rented appartment today. I'm trying to get connected via Celcom broadband while I am in KL...however the modem I bought (globesurfer icon by vodafone) cannot support my Windows Vista...arkhhhhh.anybody can help me out? (geram lah to that salesman, tak bagitau yg modem tu tak support vista...nak tukar balik dia tak bagi...hishhh)

Farewell

I had a very tight schedule for this week and the next few weeks. I had organized 2 farewell party at 2 different places last week and as I said I tried very hard to hold back my tears...I guess that's just a normal feelings in which you'll feel sad and very hard to leave a place where you feel very comfortable with..right? I've been working here since the past 5 years and very comfortable with the environment, workplace, my boss and all my colleagues. However due to my family future I have to sacrifice everything here that I'm comfortable with for a better future. Really hope that I've made the best decision...InsyaAllah. Well, back to the farewell party..nothing much I can write coz I'm a bit busy now with packing things and clothes for me to go to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow(for a briefing by the Health Ministry) and also packing things for the whole family to go back to Johor Bahru on coming Thursday.So I will not be able to update this blog until next Monday :(

My last working day here

The surveillance audit at my office finished yesterday and we got 4 minor non-conformities (NC) and 5 opportunities for improvement (OFI). I was so excited because last year during our compliance audit,we got 10 minor non-conformities and 10 OFIs...Hmmmm looks like we did some improvement right? However my excitement also due to the fact that I'm not the one who is going to answer all the NC to the certification body which is SIRIM..hehehhee the evil me :) but deep inside I really hope my fellow colleagues will settle them easily. Yesterday 14th May 2008 was my last working day at my office..:( Today I'm going to hold a farewell party at my office and clinic. I'm not sure wheather I can hold back my tears too...Uwaaaaaaaaa :((

OK I got to stop now because I need to prepare some dishes for the party...hv a nice day guys!

audit

12th-14th May 2008...my office is going through an audit by SIRIM. Yup, I'm the one who is very busy (even 15th May is my last day here..lolz). After answering lots and lots of questions from the auditors, I have to follow them to every unit they wanted to audit. The auditor is a very nice man and professional too so do the technical advisor. However I can smell that they are going to give out a few non-conformities already...hahahaaahaa but I don't have to worry, it's not me who is going to reply to them..coz I'm leaving very soon. OK guys see you :)

First of all I would like to thank my blogging friend who is always there for me when I need her..this morning when I checked my email, I found that LJ sent me a new header for me to try on...she is so sweet. On Friday hubby and I went to Penang..we had a lot of things to do there. Here are the list :

1. First of all I wanted to get a new glasses. (ops! I am a myopic you know..but i hate wearing glasses however since the past few months I can't drive at night and also had frequent headache even when I was wearing my old glasses..so I thought I need to get my eye checked again and get a new pair of glasses. Thus, I made up my mind..by hook or by crook I have to wear glasses daily and Farah suggest me to get it from Focus Point Queensbay Mall ..you can get discount vouchers there..lol)

I picked this frame because it comes with another 2 sets of temples..pink and white..and of course because it fits my face perfectly.

2. To pick up the souvenirs for my staff which Farah help me to order them.

40 mugs printed "Thank you for Your Cooperation"...from me..hehhehee. Hope my all staff will like them...and a very Thank you to my helpful and kind hearted friend..no one else..FARAH! who took the hassle to place the order and even pick them up. So I took the mugs from her at her house. Thank you again...

3. To get a souvenir for my bos..:)

The books...I love them. The first one is titled ORCHID written by Pascal Descourvieres. The pictures were great and with its' hard cover it can be a very good coffee table book :). The second book is titled THE PLANETS A JOURNEY THROUGH A SOLAR SYSTEM.
Again I like this book for the pictures and the content. The 3rd book I bought 3 of them! Titled ONWARD &UPWARD Sayings to inspire and motivate. A very good small book and a good way to get inspired and motivated when you are down :)

4. Hubby wanted to get a bday present for me..Yippiiiiii

A SWATCH watch...LOve it LOve it Love it! It is actually a valentine collection for this year..It comes with a nice box and a key chain which you can put pictures in it...Thank you darling..

5. To get a wedding present for my schoolmate..I already passed it over to Farah so she can hand over to Ina Azmi my schoolmate who is going to get married on 24th of May..Congratulations Ina. May it be a happily ever after relationship :) I can't make it to her wedding because at that time I'll be in JB :(

5. I need a pair of black shoes..so I got a decent pair of black shoes from Hush Puppies..again Thanks darling..hehheheee

With all that in my list we went to Penang at around 10am yesterday. Headed straight to Focus point because I need to get it done early so I can pick it up by evening. I really love my new glasses...and hopefully I wear this one daily not like my old one which I wore it whenever I wanted to watch TV only..lol). Then had my lunch at Farah's house..her mum is a great cook. Thank you aunty..the asam pedas ikan pari was super duper delicious! She even packed them for me to bring back home...lol. Now I know from where Farah got her very kind hearted gene...yup! from her mum! and I guess another half from her dad...they are just a great family :)

I stayed at her house till 6.30pm chit chatting..you know when old friends meet..they have a lot to talk about.

Finally at 11pm I arrived home tired and flat.

It's my birthday!!!

Yes, it's my birthday today.Oh you wanna know how I celebrate it? To be frank, like the previous years I don't really celebrate it..lol. It is just a little reminder for me that I'm a year older and to be thankful of what I have and cherish the years ahead. Furthermore I'm a bit busy this week with my work so I guess that goes my birthday. Just want to thank all my friends for their birthday wish especially to Farah and LJ who made a special post for me in remembrance of my bday.Thank you guys..

This is what LJ gave me during my visit to KL last week, she told me that this is an early bday present..Oh, I'm so lucky to have a friend like you. She even remember my bday a week earlier. According to her she planned to give this for my wedding anniversary however since we had to cancelled our meeting the first time (when I was in KL for my wedding anniversary), she kept this for my bday gift..so sweet la you LJ.

Oh I have stop now,got some work to do (psssst:do the laundry..lol). A few pics of Afiq who did his crawling motion on his stomach but on reverse version...hahahhaaa

I laugh my stomach out when I took these pics..hehehehehee. He actually cried for help..but I run to get my camera first..Muahahahhahaa sorry ya Afiq..mummy just wanna capture all these memorable things in your life...Hope you will laugh too when you see these pics later when you grown up.

KL 2 days 2 nights

Finally I'm able to find some times to on my lappy. You know about things to be done after we went for a holiday? unpacking, doing laundry, organising things back to the normal position and etc. That took me one and a half day! At the end I was so exhausted and again went to bed at 8pm..lol. The trip to KL this time, all I can say it was great and my kids love it.

We stayed at The Legend Hotel KL for 2 nights and its 2 bedroom service apartment was so spacious that Aiman and Danial could play hide and seek (there's one time that Aiman could not even find his brother..coz he hide in one of the 3 bathrooms..lol)


The next day on 1st May we went to Butterfly Park near Taman Tasik Perdana. My kids were very excited and the park not only have butterflies but a pond full of big Koi fish! However I expect the park would be bigger and I was a bit disappointed about it.Psssst: that butterfly on a palm...that's my palm OK :)

Had our lunch at TGi Fridays 1 utama but one thing I hate was traffic jam. Next time I will try not to come on public holiday. The traffic was congested and we spent half hour to find a parking space! Hubby used Touch n Go card at the entrance of the parking area but because of too many cars they channelled us to park at One World hotel parking area which doesn't have Touch n Go exit..lol. So we spent another 20 minutes finding an exit which using Touch n Go card. ALL Bagladeshi working there didn't give any help at all coz they hardly understand our question ..Grrrrrr!!!!!



Oh how should I put this...OK. My first blogging friend that I met....Yeay!!! Ladyjava as I fondly call her LJ. We met at Ampang Point at 8.30pm and the initial plan was the 3 of us,me LJ and Emila but Emila had something came up..she had to cancelled the meeting with us..takpe next time ye Emila :) Btw, LJ is a very bubbly lady and I had a great time chatting with her, just like her blog she is so warm that I don't even feel that was our first meeting..we chatted like old friends! I guess you guys will love her too if you meet her...quick make an appointment to meet her..hehehhehee
